Over 20 years experience in business development, supported living and domiciliary services. Achieving outstanding ratings by creating a dynamic, outcome based and forward thinking culture delivering 'OUTSTANDING' care and support.

 

Judith

Consultant

I have worked in care as a nurse and a manager for 42 years. I have set up care home agencies and home care services and have been a nominated individual, implementing and driving action plans which ranged our rating from requires improvement to good. My sweet spot is care plans, mental capacity assessments and mentoring staff how they form individual values.

 

Rachel

Consultant

An experienced and highly qualified business owner and care home manager with over 25 years of experience in the care sector. Rachel has managed various care services, from independent living, residential, dementia and nursing, leading these services from GOOD to OUTSTANDING ratings. Rachel has a sweet spot for Crisis management, developing new services and mentoring employees to deliver outstanding care services.

 

Mark

Consultant

Mark has 24 years operational experience with small to large care providers, being a Registered Manager with CQC for nearly 14 years and achieving Good CQC reports with all his inspections. Mark has a strong track record in supporting organisations to implement and drive improvement plans to achieve full compliance. He has successfully taken three struggling homes from RI to Good in all areas with their last Inspections.

 

Kim

Consultant

Kim’s background is in marketing, journalism and public relations. During 16 years experience with the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) in the fields of guideline implementation and stakeholder engagement, Kim worked closely with the CQC to support the adoption of NICE evidence-based social care recommendations, thus gaining an excellent understanding of how providers can improve standards and meet CQC requirements.

Consultant

A conscientious manager, with excellent project management and communication skills, Celine is Passionate about delivering a positive, quality experience for service users. Having worked for the NHS, Healthcare Commission and CQC as well as voluntary organisations and independent providers of all scales, Celine is highly experienced in adult care including mental health, learning disabilities and older adults.

Consultant

Over 15 years experience in the care sector. Amreen specialises in Dom Care Services. Achieving a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Social Care and a qualified QCF assessor/IQA (Internal Quality Assurance). Amreen has a sweet spot in developing new services and mentoring employees

 

Carole

Consultant

Over 30 years of experience in health, care and training settings in clinical, managerial and education/training roles with extensive experience as a mental health nurse. She is now working as a qualified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist. Her past roles include lecturing in health and social care, managing and developing services and implementing training within a range of health and social care organisations as well as HM Prison Service. Carole is a creative and divergent thinker and as such has strengths in project management, quality improvement and problem-solving. Her primary passion lies in promoting positive mental health and functioning for everyone, and her overall purpose is to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives.

 

Tanya

Consultant

I'm a qualified and experienced Mental Health and Adult Care Nurse working in community, inpatient forensic and adult social care. My interest in compliance and governance led me to work with CQC as an inspector and with providers as a healthcare consultant. I have supported Domiciliary Care Services, Nursing, Residential, Supported Living and Learning Disability Services. I produce reports in line with the New Inspection framework, Quality Standards and formulate service improvement plans. I support new businesses with CQC registration as well as business plans, RM and NI preparation interviews. I am also able to compile any required policies and procedures. In addition, I am a nursing expert witness and have completed several court reports.

I have over 20 years of experience as a registered manager, deputy manager and support worker in adult and children's services. I've worked for various organisations where staff were under-trained and seen the damaging effects this had on the level of care delivered. I became a trainer to help improve the level of care provided within the care sector. I take time to understand your organisation's current situation, ethos and team. We will create a training pathway to ensure your service and staff feel skilled and confident to handle complex situations and feel valued and invested in contributing to safe and effective care.
