Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work UK wide?
Yes. We deliver most support remotely via Microsoft Teams, which speeds things up. On-site visits are available on request.
What services do you provide?
CQC registration setup, mock inspection and SAF readiness, policies and documentation, and training for managers and teams.
What training and experience do I need before applying?
Your Registered Manager must typically hold (or be working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care. You will also need mandatory training (such as Safeguarding and First Aid) and relevant experience.
Can I operate my care business from home?
Yes, you can, but you must have a registered office address for your CQC-regulated service. It must be a secure environment for storing records.
How long does the CQC registration process take?
On average, between 12–16 weeks from submission. Delays are often caused by incomplete applications. Preparing thoroughly is the best way to speed up approval.
How much does it cost to start a care business?
Startup costs depend on service type. As a guide, expect £8,000-£15,000+ for Domiciliary Care and £12,000-£20,000+ for Supported Living. We offer payment plans to help.
