We are having more and more conversations with new and old providers ' scared' by the challenges and new approach. It is important to remember that the Health and Social Care Act has stayed the same; it is only how you are inspected and how providers are expected to provide evidence that has changed. Amreen, our consultant, has fantastic guidance and supportive tools to aid you on this new journey, an opportunity to grow and show what you do well. A webinar on the 25th of January will provide information and an opportunity to seek advice.
Providers are relentlessly under a microscope of scrutiny; however, you need to have confidence in the delivery of care, and belief in your services is key to Good Ratings.
Our consultants have been working with New providers, educating them on We Statements and ensuring this is embedded into a Statement of Purpose and cascading into the ' on the floor' practice.
Having good governance and RAG-rated audits provides you with an opportunity for continuous growth, lessons learned, and transparency. It'd be great if you could use all the statements within the audits to cover all areas and provide your business with the continuous ambition to achieve the greatest- Team Care can support governance and provide you with confidence in your hierarchy and ensure all evidence categories are covered.
Proactive audits are the key to success and understanding your service and its problematic area - please be sure to be open with Team Care today. Be prepared.

Our Ethos is relatable to providers, individuals that access our homes, carers, the local authority and anybody involved in a person's care. As experts, we don't state we are perfect; however, mistakes in our career and relationship building have taught us the most effective ways of delivering effective, safe and well-led care
